Welcome to PrediPick. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of our platform. By creating an account or using the site, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By accessing and using PrediPick (the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the date of the last update always appears at the beginning of this page. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
PrediPick is an interactive sports prediction and simulation platform with no real monetary value. It allows users to create FIFA World Cup 2026 simulations, predict match results, participate in friendly leagues, earn achievements and read informational articles about football. IMPORTANT: The Service is for recreational purposes only. It is NOT a betting platform, gambling site, lottery or contest with real money prizes. No economic transaction takes place between users or between users and PrediPick. Any mention of "predictions" refers to the recreational activity of forecasting results, with no monetary implication whatsoever.
To use PrediPick you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you need the consent of your parents or legal guardians to use the Service. When registering, you guarantee that the information you provide is truthful, accurate and current, and that you maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or cancel accounts that provide false information, impersonate third parties, or belong to persons excluded from the Service for prior breaches.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share it with third parties or allow others to use it. If you detect unauthorized activity on your account (login from unknown devices, changes you did not make, etc.), you must notify us immediately at hello@predipick.com. We implement technical security measures (HTTPS, federated authentication, rate limiting), but we are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from breach of your security obligations, such as using weak passwords, sharing your session or not reporting suspicious activity in time.
By publishing or generating content on PrediPick (predictions, simulations, custom leagues, messages or any other data), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and transferable license to use, store, display, modify and process such content for the sole purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that: • All content you publish is yours or that you have the necessary rights to publish it. • Your content does not violate intellectual property rights, privacy, image or any other right of third parties. • Your content does not contain illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, discriminatory material, or material that incites violence. • Your content does not contain malicious software, viruses or code intended to harm systems. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to review, moderate or remove any content we consider inappropriate, without prior notice.
All Service content that is NOT user-generated (design, source code, the "PrediPick" brand, our own logos, blog articles, translations, original graphics, database) is the property of PrediPick or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without express authorization. Trademarks, names, crests, flags, anthems and logos of football teams, national federations, confederations and FIFA are the property of their respective owners. They are used on PrediPick exclusively for informational and editorial purposes under fair use. Any resemblance to registered trademarks is purely referential and does not imply association, sponsorship or endorsement by their owners.
By using PrediPick, you agree NOT to: • Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions (bans, rate limiting, IP bans). • Use bots, automated scripts, exploits, hacks or any method to gain unfair advantages or automate interactions. • Manipulate, mass-vote or coordinate actions to alter rankings, achievements or gamification systems. • Publish illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, discriminatory content, or content that incites violence or harms minors. • Impersonate other users, teams, journalists, federations or any third party. • Attempt to access restricted areas of the system, other users' accounts, databases or source code. • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service. • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service, perform denial-of-service attacks (DDoS) or intentionally overload the infrastructure. • Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes: spam, scraping, data resale, etc. We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account, in whole or in part, if you violate these rules, without prior notice and without right to compensation.
Part of the PrediPick blog content (articles, analysis, news summaries) is generated in whole or in part with artificial intelligence tools (currently DeepSeek, a large language model). This content is: • Informational and recreational. It does NOT constitute professional, financial, medical or any other type of advice. • Susceptible to errors, inaccuracies, outdated information or model-inherent biases. • Subject to human editorial review before publication, but we do not guarantee total accuracy. • Should NOT be used to make betting, financial investment or any other decisions that could affect your assets, health or life. PrediPick is not responsible for losses, damages or consequences derived from the use of AI-generated content. If you find an error, inaccuracy or inappropriate content, you can report it to hello@predipick.com and we will review it as soon as possible.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or quality. PrediPick does not guarantee that: • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, virus-free, error-free or defect-free. • The results obtained (predictions, simulations, rankings) will be accurate, reliable or correct. • The quality of any information, prediction or content obtained through the Service will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrediPick and its operators will NOT be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, loss of opportunities, damage to reputation, or any other damage arising from the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to, at any time and at our sole discretion: • Modify, improve, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof), temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice. • Change game rules, scoring system, achievements, leagues, gamification mechanics or any other Service feature, without prior notice. • Remove content, temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms. • Remove inactive, obsolete or content we consider inappropriate. • Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may interrupt the Service. We may terminate your account at any time, especially if: • You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy. • Your account remains inactive for more than 12 months. • Required by law, a court order or a competent authority. • We detect fraudulent activity, abuse or behavior that harms other users or the Service. If your account is terminated, you will lose access to your predictions, simulations, achievements, leagues and data. If you wish, you can request a copy of your personal data before termination by writing to us at hello@predipick.com, and we will send it to you within 30 days.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina, without reference to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising from these terms or the use of the Service will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and you expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply. If any provision of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the other provisions will continue in full force and effect. These terms are written in Spanish and English. In case of discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version prevails.
